Hassan Hussein was originally from Somalia, but then was immigrated to England whilst very ill and consequently taken into care after his recovery. My mum and dad then fostered him from Septemeber 2004, and cared for him all the way. he had 4wonderful sisters, Geogie,Charlotte, Imogen,and naomi, and 1 beloved brother, Max. During the Christmas period in 2005, Hassan was in a critical condition, but once again fought through like a soldier to stay alive. He attended many schools and groups throughout his short but wonderful life, ncluding Lighthouse, Stepping Stones, Park School, Booker Park School and of course helen House Hospice, his favourite place. He will never ever ever be forgotten by anyone that knew him, as he was so special to all. Rest in peace Hassan. xxx
